Bespoke wardrobes are priced on two dimensions, height and depth, with the type (walk-in, sliding-door, or built-in dressing room) also a factor. Materials: solid wood, veneered MDF, or steel frame; hardware: Blum or Hettich German brands. We quote each piece after the shop drawings are confirmed. All pieces carry a 12-month workmanship warranty excluding procured products.

Imported brands (Bulthaup, Poggenpohl, Boffi) command a significant premium for a basic L-shape kitchen. Artwill delivers comparable specification for less, including stone countertop, custom drawer interiors, custom waste-sorting drawers, Blum hinges and soft-close drawer system as standard, all under the same 12-month workmanship warranty. The difference is brand premium and import duty, not workmanship or hardware spec. We quote each custom kitchen after the shop drawings are confirmed. We can also be engaged for kitchen design only if you wish to retain your existing contractor for installation.

Custom furniture by Artwill is priced in line with mid-range imported brands and typically below custom-spec luxury imports. Cost depends on the piece (a full-height oak wardrobe, a bespoke solid-wood dining table, or a custom L-shaped sofa with hardwood frame and upholstery each price differently), the material, and the finish. We quote each piece after design lock.

Most pieces ship 4 to 8 weeks from approved shop drawings. Lead times by piece: solid-wood items tend to the longer end; veneered cabinets and upholstered furniture typically 4 to 5 weeks. Stone tops add 2 to 3 weeks. We provide an exact lead time per piece in the quote.

Solid wood (oak, ash, walnut, teak, American black walnut), veneered MDF for cabinet carcasses (formaldehyde-free if specified), natural stone tops (marble, quartzite, Caesarstone, Silestone), brass and stainless steel hardware, full leather and fabric range. Sustainable defaults: FSC-certified wood, low-VOC sealants, recycled-content engineered stone.

Generally yes. Ethical replication of a non-trademarked form is straightforward and typically 30 to 50 percent less than the imported original. Artwill will not replicate trademarked or design-patented pieces; for those we recommend either the original or a clearly distinct alternative.

Yes. Reception desks, conference tables, custom storage walls, banquette seating, retail display joinery, and F&B feature millwork are all part of Artwill's commercial portfolio. Same trusted partner factories, same material range, with commercial-grade finish specifications.

Solid wood pieces: dust with dry cloth. Oiled finishes (Osmo, Rubio) re-treat every 12 to 18 months with the same oil. Lacquer finishes clean with pH-neutral household cleaner. Blum and Hettich hinges: one drop of dry-type lubricant annually. Marble countertops: reseal every 6 to 12 months; quartz and Caesarstone are seal-free. Artwill provides a complete care guide at handover plus the first year of at-home maintenance free.

Artwill carries full transit insurance from factory dispatch through to install completion at the client's unit. If transit damage is found, we document on site and arrange replacement or repair within 7 working days. Post-install damage falls under the 12-month workmanship warranty (excluding procured products); accidental damage (impact, scratching) can be repaired at cost, using the same batch of material to guarantee finish consistency.
