Grand Promenade

We all know the pleasure of sinking into the sofa and taking in a sea view; the question for the interior design was how to stretch that feeling across the whole home. We answered it through materials and colour, with clean modern lines throughout, so the natural calm outside the window carries on inside. The female owner wanted to feel surrounded by that easy, unhurried atmosphere wherever she sat.

The kitchen was opened up so daylight from its window spills into the main space, and a full-length mirror at the entrance bounces that light further. Paired with a curved bar counter, the arrival feels open and generous from the moment you step in. A natural palette ties it together: marble on the kitchen counter and TV backsplash, wave-patterned wallpaper behind the sofa, and a cyan undertone running through it all to keep the home warm.

Among all the straight lines, we wove in curves and a softer, feminine note, on the living-room sofa and the headboard in the master bedroom, to echo the owner herself. The fitted joinery was custom-made by our trusted partner factory, so the curved counter and built-ins hold their lines cleanly throughout.
