The client wanted a space that could nurture forward-thinking minds and creative professionalism, and the entrance had to say so. In the reception we set Staron solid surface against raw concrete on a monochrome backdrop, a deliberately bare-but-considered pairing that reads as both creative and assured the moment a client walks in.

Two things stood out about how this company worked: long hours, and a real emphasis on teamwork. So we went with an open-plan office and used plenty of glass and reflective surfaces throughout, so visiting clients could read the open, collaborative culture at a glance while the space still kept a certain cool edge. This is workplace interior design shaped around how the team actually spends its day.

It was an upgrade of their existing office, which meant staff had to keep working through the build, so we phased the job in two. Half the office worked from conference rooms or home during each phase while we finished the other half, including upgrades to the lighting and air-conditioning systems. The whole project landed in two and a half months, a tight schedule for an office of this size.
