Every project starts with Regina and our design team running a measured site survey and learning the household's daily routines, family composition, children's ages, and collecting interests before we draw a single line. The design strategy serves the rhythm of life, never imposes a trend on someone's home. Residential projects place the highest demand on privacy. We have handled dual-income families needing separate work and rest zones, three-generation households needing accessible circulation for elderly parents, and empty-nest couples needing a convertible living area that adapts when adult children return for the holidays. Every design decision in those cases responds to a specific family situation. On materials, Artwill defaults to FSC-certified solid wood, low-VOC paint and sealants, recycled-content engineered stone (Caesarstone, Silestone), Energy Efficiency Label Grade A appliances, and LED lighting. About 60 percent of projects use FSC wood by default at no premium. All custom furniture and joinery is produced by trusted partner factories using Blum and Hettich German hardware, under Artwill's direct oversight. Most residential clients choose combined design and build because it gives them one contract, one timeline, and one accountability point. Pricing is quoted per project after a consultation.
