Louis Vuitton’s limited edition Objets Nomades are on display at Tai Kwun from 23rd to 31st of March. Renowned artists contributed to the collection, including Atelier Bagietti, Atelier Oï, André Fu, the Campana Brothers, Raw Edges and Tokujin Yoshioka, which celebrates heritage, travel and design.
I made a quick visit to see the collection. The space is designed like a home. You walk in through the foyer and pass through the conservatory, the dining room, the lounge area and the living room. Each area showcases a set of different items.
My favorites include:
Hammock by Atelier Oi: the blue and orange leather hammocks, hung at different levels in the green conservatory
Anemona Table by Atelier Biagetti: the coral- inspired base is the main feature of the dining room
Bomboca Sofa by Fernando and Humbert: the shapes can come apart to become different chairs and stools
